    An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 10, Article II, §§ 10-26 and 10-27, of the Knoxville City Code to adopt the 2017 National Electrical Code and Chapter 0780-02-01 of the Rules of the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance pertaining to electrical installations, with modifications to additional rules and regulations for administration and enforcement.
