    An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 6, Article IIC, §§ 6-53 and 6-54 of the Knoxville City Code adopting the 2018 edition of the International Existing Building Code as the Existing Building Code of the City of Knoxville, regulating the repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition and relocation of existing buildings in the City of Knoxville; providing for the review of plans, inspections, and the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and providing penalties for the violation of said Existing Building Code.
