    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $250.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Eternal Life's Restoration Outreach to be utilized toward Thanksgiving baskets for senior citizen's in the low-income community.(Requested by Council Member Brown)
