    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $800.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to the East Tennessee Community Design Center toward the furtherance of certain efforts to benefit the Forest Heights Homeowners Association.(Requested by Council Members Grieve and Saunders)
