    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,750.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Knoxville Opera Company to be utilized toward the furtherance of certain efforts of its education & outreach programs.(Requested by Vice Mayor Saunders and Councilmembers Roberto, Rider, Campen, and Stair)
