    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $15,800.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Great Schools Partnership to be utilized toward the Community Schools Initiative.(Requested by Vice Mayor Saunders and Councilmembers Roberto, Singh-Perez, Rider, Campen, McKenzie, Wallace, and Stair)
