    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,600.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Alliance for Better Nonprofits to be utilized toward their mission of serving upper East Tennessee nonprofits.(Requested by Councilmembers Roberto, Singh-Perez, and Campen)
