    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,400.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to the Arts & Culture Alliance of Greater Knoxville to provide for fiscal sponsor services for the Public Art Committee (PAC).(Requested by Council Members Grieve, Della Volpe, Brown, Stair)
