    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville Appropriating the sum of $200.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to the Bearden High School, Parent Teacher Student Organization to be utilized toward the Project Graduation Celebration for the Class of 2012.(Requested by Council Member Saunders)
