Appropriate $300 for Ladies of Charity for aid to those in need.

An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $300.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Ladies of Charity to be utilized toward food, clothing and financial support provided to those in need throughout the City of Knoxville.(Requested by Councilmember Della Volpe)
