    An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $1,000.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Legacy Parks Foundation acting as fiscal agent on behalf of The Bearden Council to be utilized toward a landscaping and infrastructure project at Everly Brothers Park.(Requested by Vice Mayor Grieve)
