    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Keep Knoxville Beautiful to provide litter abatement, graffiti abatement, recycling education, volunteer coordination and an adopt-a-road program for the City of Knoxville Waste and Resources Office for an amount not to exceed $40,000.00 annually.(Requested by Public Service Department)
