    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award from the State of Tennessee Highway Safety Office in the amount of $65,000.00, with no required local match, to provide for the presentation of seat belt and child seat check points and education programs.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
