Authorize agreement with Wildlands Engineering Inc. for First Creek Park project

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Wildlands Engineering, Inc., to provide professional engineering design services for the First Creek Best Management Practices Demonstration Park Project for an amount not to exceed $165,000.00, funded with the American Rescue Plan Act Grant.(Requested by Engineering Department)
