    A Resolution of the Council of the City of Knoxville authorizing the submission of the 2026-2027 (PY2026) Annual Action Plan to the Five-year Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any required documents under the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Act and Emergency Solutions Grant Programs. (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
