A Resolution authorizing the acquisition, by condemnation if necessary, of a fee simple interest in certain property located at 320 S. Castle Street (CLT No: 082-EP-033), believed to be owned by Ben Vaughn and wife, Linn Vaughn, at an estimated cost of $30,300.00, as recommended by the Chronic Problem Properties Committee.(Requested by Department of Community Development)
