    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase approximately 1,478 square feet of temporary construction easement and 174 square feet of permanent drainage easement within certain real property located at 3621 Sutherland Avenue, CLT No. 107FF001, from Robert E. Nutt, for $3,700.00, as part of the Sutherland Avenue Sidewalk Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
