Authorize agreement with Beck Cultural Exchange Center

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Beck Cultural Exchange Center to provide historical preservation, research, education, and programming reflecting Black and African-American experiences and culture in the Knoxville area, in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00 with the option to extend the terms of the Agreement for up to three additional one-year periods under the same conditions.(Requested by Office of Community Safety & Empowerment)
