    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Air Rights Easement with CORE Knoxville Cumberland, LLC to allow a proposed building at the 1900 Block north of Cumberland Avenue to span the public right-of-way of the alley located between Nineteenth and Twentieth Streets.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
