    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Knoxville Zoological Gardens, Inc. to lease property located at 3500 Knoxville Zoo Drive in order to supervise, manage and operate the Zoo for an initial term of five (5) years. (Council District 6) (Requested by Urban Design and Development)
