    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award in the amount of $500,000.00, with no required local match, from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, to be used to enhance de-escalation and crisis response training for Knoxville Police Department Officers and regional Law Enforcement Agencies. (Requested by Police Department)
