Authorize air rights easement for a building over an alley on Cumberland Avenue

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an air rights easement to allow a proposed building at the 1800 block of Cumberland Avenue to span the public right-of-way of the alley located between Eighteenth Street and Nineteenth Street.(Requested by Engineering Department)
