    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with The Salvation Army to provide an amount not to exceed $65,000.00 in Homeless General Funds for the provision of Emergency Shelter/Service and essential services to approximately 45 individuals through the Joy Baker Center. (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
