A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Second Amendment to the Cooperation Agreement between the City of Knoxville and Knoxville's Community Development Corporation as required by the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, to include the Five Points Infill project to the list of KCDC's housing inventory shown on Exhibit A.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
