    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to reimburse a portion of the relocation expenses for the AT&T Utilities located along the W. Jackson Avenue right-of-way in an amount not to exceed $200,441.18 as part of the W. Jackson Avenue Streetscapes Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
