    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant donation up to $40,000.00 from the Tennessee RiverLine, with a $40,000 match, to help offset costs of installation of an accessible kayak launch at Holston River Park.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
