    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with YWCA Knoxville and the Tennessee Valley to provide an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 in CARES Act supplemental Community Development Block Grant - Coronavirus funding for its Keys of Hope program, as part of the City's response to the Covid-19 pandemic.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
