    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation for Phase III Part I Site Preparation and Demolition at the Walter P. Taylor Homes site, along McConnell Street, Kenner Avenue, and Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, as part of the Five Points Revitalization Plan in an amount not to exceed $1,719,226.00.
