Resolution authorizing issuance of General Obligation Refunding Bond not to exceed $60,065,000

A Resolution authorizing the issuance of a General Obligation Refunding Bond of the City of Knoxville, Tennessee in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $60,065,000, in one or more series, to refinance the City's outstanding Series A-4-A Loan Agreement; making provision for the issuance, sale and payment of said bonds, establishing the terms thereof and the disposition of proceeds therefrom; and providing for the levy of taxes for the payment of principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the bonds.(Requested by Finance Department)
