    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Volunteer Ministry Center to provide $110,000.00 in General Funds for the provision of supportive services for homeless persons who utilize the Day Resource Center, Bush Family Refuge and the Volunteer Ministry Center Dental Clinic.(Requested by Community Development Department)
