Accept donation from NABF for Christenberry Ballfields improvements

A Resolution expressing appreciation to National Amateur Baseball Foundation (NABF) for the donation of $237,000.00 toward ballfield improvements and installation at Christenberry Ballfields, and authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to accept said donation, as well as accept a construction agreement with NABF and their contractors.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
