    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend Contract No. C-21-0038 with Fulghum MacIndoe & Associates, Inc. to provide design services for the Waterfront Drive Roadway Improvement Project, increasing the contract amount by $62,400.00 for a new contract total of $123,650.00 and extending the date of completion to June 30, 2022.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
