A Resolution authorizing the acquisition, by condemnation if necessary, of a fee simple interest in a certain property located at 405 Avenue C (CLT#123-HM-027), believed to be owned by Janet Kay Miller, at an estimated cost of $10,000.00 as recommended by the Chronic Problem Properties Committee.(Requested by Community Development Department)
