    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation to provide funding in the amount of $658,155.00 to the City of Knoxville on behalf of Knoxville Area Transit from IMPROVE Act Transit Investment Grant funds for fiscal year 2023, with a City match of up to $219,385.00 for mid-life overhauls on transit vehicles.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
