    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into Agreement No. 250307 with the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation in an amount not to exceed $109,563.00 for replacement of stamped crosswalks, addition of green bike lane markings, and upgrading traffic signal detection as part of the E Magnolia Avenue (State Route-1) Resurfacing Project. (Requested by Engineering Department)
