    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to file a grant application with the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency to provide funding for HazMat equipment in an amount not to exceed $21,702.44 and if such application is approved, to execute any and all documents to accept such a grant.(Requested by Knoxville Fire Department)
