    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept grant funding in an amount of up to $15,000.00 with no required matching funds, from the National League of Cities to be used to expand economic opportunities for residents and businesses of color.(Requested by Community Safety & Empowerment)
