    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a partnership agreement with the Tennessee RiverLine to offer economic opportunities and public health benefits to communities, urban and rural, and enhance the stewardship of the Tennessee River Landscape for an amount not to exceed $750.00 annually from the Parks and Recreation Grants and Benevolence Fund.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
