Authorize agreement with KCDC for Austin Homes Master Plan Phase III infra

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation for Infrastructure improvements at Austin Homes, along Summit Hill Drive, Harriet Tubman Street, and Bell Street, as part of the Austin Homes Master Plan, Phase III, in an amount not to exceed $3,781,900.00.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
