Authorization to amend master service agreement for health center services, increasing budget

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to Document No. C-22-0127, the Master Service Agreement with Premise Health Employers Solutions, LLC, for operation and management services for the City's employer-sponsored health center and field offices, to increase the budget by an amount not to exceed $193,050.00 to provide funds to raise salaries and salary ranges to attract and retain clinical staff, for a new estimated annual cost of $2,624,101.00.(Requested by Employee Benefits & Risk Management Department)
