Authorize PILOT payments for 0 W. Hill Ave & 0 Locust Street

A Resolution authorizing the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville to negotiate and accept from Origin Development Partners LLC, or an affiliate thereof (“Applicant”), payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes (“PILOT”) with respect to certain real property located at 0 W. Hill Ave and 0 Locust Street in the City of Knoxville, Tennessee and finding that such payments are deemed to be in furtherance of the public purposes of the Board as defined in Tennessee Code Annotated Section 7-53-305.(Requested by Administration)
