    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase a tract of real property located at 0 Ulster Avenue, CLT No. 082N-P-017, from Harold Diftler and Joyce Robinson Diftler for $2,500.00, as part of the Ulster Avenue Stream Restoration Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
