    A Resolution of the Council of the City of Knoxville expressing support for the Mayor's appointment of Alanna McKissack, Brent Waugh, Philip Hipps, and Breyauna Holloway and re-appointment of Emma Ellis-Cosigua to the Neighborhood Advisory Council and expressing appreciation to Jennifer Reynolds, Matt McMillan, Ann White, and Derek Tate for their years of service on the Neighborhood Advisory Council.(Requested by Mayor Kincannon)
