Amend McCarty Holsaple McCarty contract for Public Safety Complex design services

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Second Amendment to Contract C-19-0283 with McCarty Holsaple McCarty, Inc. to provide additional professional architectural design services with regard to replacement of the brick veneer on the Professional Office Building located in the new Public Safety Complex at 900 East Oak Hill Avenue, increasing the contract by $100,000.00 for a new total contract amount not to exceed $3,723,617.00.(Requested by Administration)
