    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee to provide an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00 in American Rescue Plan Act Funds to provide transportation, programming, and other services that meet the needs of residents in responding to and recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic.(Requested by Administration)
