    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the Environmental Protection Agency in an amount of approximately $500,000.00 with no City match required to be used to conduct assessments of brownfield sites.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
