Authorize Mayor to request PBA for project management services for viewing platform.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to request the Public Building Authority of the County of Knox and the City of Knoxville, Tennessee to perform project management services for construction of a new viewing platform at the West Hills Tennis Facility, in an amount not to exceed $43,500.00.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
