    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to acquire property by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, in fee simple and for easements within two tracts of real property as part of the Millertown Pike Widening Project for a total amount not to exceed $50,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
