    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to Agreement No. C-21- 0277 with C.O.N.N.E.C.T. Ministries to provide an additional amount not to exceed $100,000.00 in Community Block Grant - Coronavirus funds for housing assistance and housing case management, for a new total contract amount not to exceed $300,000.00, as part of the City's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
