    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a memorandum of understanding with Knox County in order for Knoxville-Knox County Emergency Management Agency to accept $25,000.00 as a sub recipient of a Homeland Security Grant for equipment and software at the Mobile Command Post and the Emergency Operations Center.(Requested by Emergency Management Agency)
